HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP

We are looking for an intern for the Human Resources department who will provide administrative support in the management of the employee´s lifecycle.
How can you become part of our success?  •    Programs related to the professional development of employees.
•    Participation in the Onboarding process and its follow-up.
•    Training plan, support in the management and documentation of training courses and procedures with Fundae.
•    Support and advice to the unit's employees in all Human Resources processes required.
•    Collaboration in the management of labor relations, implementation of Human Resources policies and programs.
•    Participation in projects related to Personnel Administration and monitoring and control of attendance and absenteeism.
•    Assist in the preparation of HR documentation.
•    Give assistance in the creation of regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work time hours, turnover rates, etc.).
•    Participation in different HR projects.
What skills do you need?  •    University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law) or Higher Degree in Administration.
•    English Spoken and written.
Level B2 (minimum).
•    Advanced Office Automation.
Excel / PowerPoint is a plus •    Skills required.
Teamwork, Initiative and proactivity, Communication capacity among others.
