It is also among the top 10 national law firms in revenue in Spain, according to the financial newspaper Expansión, and has been chosen as a reference advisor for start-ups by Startups Real.If you consider yourself a rigorous professional in your work, with capacity, autonomy and good communication skills, and you are interested in being part of a great team of more than 200 specialized professionals, come join us.Job Objective:We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist for our office in Madrid to take on the following responsibilities:Manage recruitment and selection processes efficiently.Assist staff with any payroll-related queries.Handle the onboarding, offboarding, or modifications in cases of personnel movements.Effectively manage employee offboarding processes, including the preparation of documentation, verification of severance packages, and coordination of departures.Participate in the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with market best practices and organizational culture.Provide guidance and advice to staff on issues related to internal policies, benefits, professional development, and labour relations.Administer and maintain employee documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in human resources.Monitor compliance with Spanish labour legislation (both state and regional) to correctly apply the corresponding internal policies and procedures.What is our ideal candidate like? Our ideal candidate must have:Profile with a university degree mainly in Business Administration, Business Studies, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar fields, with a solid knowledge of Spanish labour legislation (both state and regional).At least 4 years of previous experience in human resources functions, preferably in the legal or consulting sector.Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships.Ability to work independently, under high pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail. Proactive, responsible, and highly organized.C1 English level (advanced). C2 English level (proficiency) will be highly valued.
