Sobre el puesto Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A deals Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter and internal presentations, among others) Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analysis including most common valuation methodologies (DCF, transaction multiples, trading multiples) Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential targets and understand industry trends Actively participate in the training of analysts Qualifications (Academic background, previous experience, languages, technical knowledge, soft skills, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering At least 3 years of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique Strong analytical, valuation, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills Hard-working and highly motivated team player English.
C1 In order to perform the functions of the position, it is essential to have valid Mifid certification.
