Since 1969 we have revolutionized the world of beauty, offering our clients an incredible experience with the best classics, the latest brands and trends, and the beloved indies.More than 40 years later, and as part of LVMH – world’s largest luxury group - we continue to improve and grow every day, sharing, inspiring, surprising and playing with customers, in an environment that delights better than anyone, in which talents like you developm an exciting professional career full of opportunities.Currently we are looking for our new Indirect Purchasing & General Services Coordinator, whom, reporting to the Finance Director, will manage the supplier bidding process, Coordinate the supplies and maintenance of the Central Office and Lead the relationship with the different travel service providersIn order to achieve your goals, your main responsibilities will regard:- Lead the supplier bidding process, ensure compliance and accompany the internal teams in the correct fulfillment of the process- Commercial and administrative management of vehicle rental, parking and fine management at IBERIA level- Lead business negotiations with accommodation service providers such as hotels; and transportation service providers such as airlines and train lines to achieve the best service, as well as continuously optimize conditions- Coordinate the management of Insurance- Management of the Head Office Services# Requirements:- 3 years of experience in Administration Support, Indirect Purchasing or similar- English (Intermediate)- Office Programs (Intermediate / High) - Citric Platform (Desirable)- Results Driven and Proactivity- Creation and continuous process improvement- High level of autonomy - Negotiation Skills- Organizational Skills- Detail's oriented# Desirable:- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.- Able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically.- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with willingness to work under tight deadlines- Demonstrates excellent project lead abilities and problem-solving skills.
