If you are seeking an opportunity to propel your career and challenge your creativity, we want to meet you!Job mission Collaborate with Engineering Responsible to improve theindustrial processes in terms of ergonomics, labor cost andlead time.Drive projects, define and execute the differentimplementations (line architecture industrialization) andguarantee the performance of industrial processes,applying Lean tools and SPS (Schneider PerformanceSystem) methodology Functions ✓ Implement adaptations on the processes and manufacturing workstations forexisting products by improving the industrial performance, in manual andautomatic processes using SPS techniques and tools.✓ Driving projects (continuous improvement, transformation, product evolution)through phases and main milestones, including project specifications toexecution (technical and industrial background is very required).✓ Be involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures andindustrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Time and Productivityrequirements.✓ Study, propose and validate the development of new workstations.✓ Ensure the implementation of SPS principles and implement Lean tools.✓ Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions toquickly remove barriers.✓ Manage line capacities adaptation according to the dedicated tools (CAMA).✓ Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility).✓ Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.✓ Qualify means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location.✓ Collaborate with SERE in all actions related to Ergonomics/Safety (riskassessments, diagnoses, action plans).✓ Be able to boost the digital transformation implementing and being the KeyUser of one or more manufacturing digital tools (IoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, etc.) Skills & Experience ✓ Engineering degree, preferably with specialization in automation,electronics, industrial or electrics.✓ Knowledge in PLC programming and in electrical diagrams.✓ Continuous improvement methodologies such as 6sigma, LeanManufacturing, 5 S, Project Management and Ergonomics.✓ Languages: Spanish and English✓ IT: MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP✓ 1-3 years of experience in industrial processes improvement.What will you get?We adapt to you!:🕓 With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.💻 We know how great it is to work from home.
