Gestion completa del proceso de venta de los clientes de Industria asignados (Introducción de pedidos en ERP, verificación y actualización de los datos y precios de los clientes, etc.) Control de los clientes asignados (prospección y aumento facturación) Atención telefónica de clientes, para la confirmación de servicio óptimo (Proporcionar información de pedidos, productos, precios, etc) Captación y gestión de los nuevos Leads del departamento Seguimiento de Purchase orders en el sistema Tu perfil.
• Título académico en Farmacia, Química, Biología, Ingeniería o similares • Se valora experiencia previa en Ventas Internas o en un puesto orientado al cliente • Se valora un nivel intermedio de inglés • Orientación al cliente con una actitud positiva y colaborativa • Eres organizado y tienes atención al detalle • Eres proactivo e independiente, con una mentalidad práctica y siempre en busca de posibles mejoras en los procesos • Conocimientos de Microsoft Dynamics 365 es una ventaja
