Your role in a nutshell.
This role is part of the internal Cyber Security team at Vodafone Shared Services (_VOIS) location in Tirana.
The person is a security expert with technical background ensuring the End to End implementation and monitoring of Information Security Systems Policies and related Cyber Baselines Controls applicable to _VOIS Albania.
This includes Awareness and Assurance activities.
The role collaborates closely with the central _VOIS Cyber Security team to ensure that the _VOIS-wide guidelines and policies are implemented in the Tirana offices.
Furthermore this person leads the local implementation of required security tools to support the overall _VOIS security control framework.
The Cyber Security person ensures the monitoring of operational risks and implementation of concrete measures to mitigate them.
In case of an Information Security breach the role initiates immediate steps to resolve the issue and leads the analysis of the root cause analysis.
What you’ll do.
- Implement VOIS Albania Information Security policies, procedures and standards.
- Ensure the over-arching technical implementation and fulfilment of all security related controls and policies - Facilitate discussions across different departments and leverage both internal expertise and external best practices - Drive and ensure full compliancy on CSB security controls and policies for the complete scope of the organization - Identify and mitigate proactively Information Security and Data Protection risks; evaluate Information Security risks on a daily basis.
- Review technical solution designs for compliance with the VOIS-wide Information Security policies.
- Consult IT delivery projects in Information Security and data protection topic.
- Lead and Support Internal and External Information Security Audits related to Cyber Certifications, by interfacing with Internal and External auditors and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow-up and resolve open issues identified through internal and external Information Security audits.
What will you bring to the team.
- Practical experience of designing, implementing and operating security controls in a complex IT and Network environment.
- Strong awareness of standards and certificates such as.
CISSP, ISO, CCNA Security, CISA, Risk Management (e.
.
ISO ), SOX, PCI-DSS.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes (e.
.
ITIL).
- Extensive operational experience in running an globally distributed IT service organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven capability in influencing diverse senior leaders across business.
Ability to understand and communicate strategic issues.

Must have technical / professional qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Information Security - Broaden background on IT /Data centre technologies (Server/Compute, Storage, Database, Network, private/public cloud) - Strong Organizational skills and self-organization - High Interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in English In return we provide you with.
