INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FINANCIAL ANALYST

The IT Capital Financial Analyst is a crucial role in ensuring the financial robustness and continued success of our technology operations. As part of the Strategic Project Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the capital expenditure (CapEx) budget related to IT projects and initiatives within our organization, ensuring all align with our strategic and financial goals.In this role, you will be part of an international environment, working with cross-functional teams from various countries. This global exposure provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into different markets, financial practices, and cultural perspectives, enhancing your professional development and broadening your expertise.Job DescriptionFinancial Analysis & Planning: Conduct detailed financial analysis on IT CapEx projects, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and variance analysis.Support in the preparation of the budget and forecasting. Collaborate in identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities. Support in proposing corrective actions to meet the objectives established in the budget, strategic plan, and annual forecast.Support in the evaluation of project profitability with the aim of maximizing benefit. Budget Management: Manage the IT CapEx budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and guidelines.Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with IT teams, project managers, and senior leadership to understand project financials, provide financial insights, and support decision-making.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics.Implement tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve management control efficiency.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to IT CapEx expenditures.Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls & policies, and audit requirements related to IT CapEx spending. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support scenario analysis, project planning, and long-term financial projections for IT investments.ExperienceProfessional in Economics/Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Master in Finance or MBA will be valueMinimum of 3 years of experience in IT financial management or a similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles, including NPV, IRR, and depreciation.Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP EMP, SAP Analysis Office and Oracle;Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI and Tableau;Required SkillsStrong teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
