INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This is your opportunity!We are looking for several IT Support Specialists in our Málaga office!Within the New Mercedes-Benz Delivery HUB Europe - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need several IT Support Specialists. Description of role and responsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner. Prioritize workload to ensure the most critical issues are addressed first.Document support processes and incident resolutions for 1st and 2nd level support, maintaining the shared knowledge base.Analyze issues and identify patterns, risks, gaps, and areas for potential improvement of the supported applications.Participate in the continuous enhancement of the support process effectiveness (response times, customer satisfaction, etc.). Collaborate with coworkers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve successful service support.Train coworkers and/or 1st level support team.Education degree and experience2 or + years of experience in IT consultancy-related activitiesExperience with APIs, Microservices and Cloud Environments,Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and coworkers from diverse cultures and technical backgrounds.Agility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.Continuous learning mindset.Ability to work both individually and part of a team.Technical experienceUnderstanding of how to build and operate IT services as a service.Knowledge of APIs, microservices and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) is a plus.Familiarity with automotive sales processes and /or accounting is desirable.Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsProficiency in using MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.Knowledge of Cloud IT architectures and landscapes.AWS Knowledge and/or certification.English:Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the German language is a plus.We offer you the opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment, taking part in new projects.Within our benefits as employee, we provide:Competitive salary + variable compensation60% Mobile workFlexible entering hours30 working days of holidaysAnnual Training PlanMercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount)
