We serve the OEMs and the Aftermarket with our and our customer’s top brands.About the job:For our growing Automotive division in Manzanares - Ciudad Real (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: PROCESS ENGINEER PLANT.Reporting to the Technical Plant Manager your mission will be developing and improving the manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency and maximize profitability.The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating, implementing and optimizing existing processes, as well as design and implementation of new processes and manufacturing technologies in order to achieve high quality, reduced cost, improved sustainability and to develop best practices within the production flow/process.The Process Engineer is also responsible for providing guidance and support to other department and cross functional teams to ensure process quality.What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? Development, improvement and support of manufacturing processesDesigning, installing and commissioning of new production equipment and methodsMonitoring modifications and upgradesTroubleshooting existing processes.Define the working instruction,material specification, parameter and main checkpoints to obtain a product according to the customer specifications.Ensuring that equipment and material works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.To develop prototypes and processes for new serial production.Assist the introduction of new products and raw materialsAssure proper process information is developed, analyzed, reviewed and made availableWorking with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all process/production issuesEnsure the compliance in environment, health & safety standards in all projects, changes and new processes occurred in the plant.This is a hands-on position and a significant portion of time will be spent on the shop floor.This position functions as a liaison between research & development, production, manufacturing engineering and quality.What we ask for: (Include the requirements from the Job Description)Minimum B.Sc. degree in Engineering (Process Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering).2-5 years experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or plant engineering.Comprehensive practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes, products, machines and equipment. Comfortable in the plant environment.
