We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading multinationals providing customized Human Resources solutions.At Wyser, we are looking for a Inside Sales Director based in Zaragoza for a company specializing in Renewable energy. He/She has to be a visionary Sales Leader to spearhead the development and execution of our inside sales strategy, driving growth within our solar installation business in Spain. This critical role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring the achievement of strategic business objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play an essential role in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and aligning sales efforts with the broader goals of the company.Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and support the expansion of our solar installation business.Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, utilizing cutting-edge automation tools to enhance efficiency and improve conversion rates.Conduct market research to identify trends, key prospects, and opportunities, creating tailored sales approaches to unlock new business avenues.Recruit, mentor, and lead a motivated inside sales team, empowering them to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, particularly in securing complex, large-scale deals.Set ambitious performance goals, analyze sales metrics, and continuously refine strategies and processes to ensure the team meets its targets.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in managing and scaling inside sales operations.Proven success in B2B or B2B2C sales environments, ideally within the renewable energy or solar sectors.Results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams and stakeholders.Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs, with a flexible and proactive approach.Strong understanding of client and team dynamics, promoting collaboration and fostering a solutions-oriented environment.Fluency in Spanish, with strong proficiency in English.
