Our agencyclient is currently seeking an Inside Sales, IT junior professional to join the team, representing one of the top IT vendors for the US market.
Based at the offices in Madrid, Spain (working hours from CET to CET, hybrid), the role involves managing and delivering the overall expected volume of validated pipeline, leading by example rather than micromanagement.
The responsibilities of the role are.
- Execute each Demand Programs designed campaign and tactic using one or more of three selling skills.
Proactive, Reactive, and Trigger Proactive.
- Nurture responses stages from Noticed to Identified to Validated through the early selling.
- Create and pass opportunities at the Validated stage to the appropriate Opportunity Owner.
- Monitor lead progression and follow up with the Opportunity Owner as necessary.
- Ensure all DP campaign commitments are met and achieve targets for Validated Lead Revenue (VLR), Validated Lead Creation (VLC), and Win Revenue (WR).
- Provide real time feedback and "voice of the client" for stakeholder review and action.
All IT Inside Sales professionals must be skilled in the following dimensions.
Response Follow up.
- Proactive.
Customer has not responded to a specific marketing activity from an IT vendor.
we are reaching out to them proactively with an offer or value proposition.
This is also known as Targeted Outbound Telemarketing (OTM) or prospecting via cold call contact list.
- Reactive.
Customer responded to an event, mailer, webcast, live chat, ROC (Reason of Call), inbound calls, etc., and requested and/or expects a response back.
- Trigger proactive.
Customer responded to an event, mailer, webcast, etc., but did not specifically request a follow up.
Outbound Telemarketing Requisitos The ideal candidate will.
- Be an English native speaker.
- Have 1 year of experience in B2B sales or as an IT Inside Sales junior professional.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients.
- Have strong drive, selfmotivation, and perseverance.
- Be able to overcome objections to achieve sales targets.
- Understand the depth and breadth of x86 systems.
- Have the ability to understand technology and communicate its business value.
- Be able to engage new/competitive clients in value added business conversations.
