As an organization, we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures.What you will be doingInside Sales Representative is responsible of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunity, qualifying prospects and closing sales.The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emailsManage and develop existing portfolioPerform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)Research accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territoryManage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.comRoute qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriateStaying informed about competing products and servicesClosing sales and achieving sales targetsSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processWhat your background should look like (minimum qualifications)Language Requirement:Spanish Native levelEnglish Language - Conversational level (Essential)Strong listening and communication skills, rapport building skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per dayDiscipline and time managementExperience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.comProfessional and confident presentation skillsProven work experience as an Inside Sale RepresentativeAbility to achieve targetsLevel of higher education (in International Business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)Primary LocationSpain-Madrid-MadridCoslada - MAD(Daily Shuttle available from Av. de America - Madrid)**Please note offers an initial salary of 28,000 EUR gross annually per year. After 6 months, salary will increase to 30,000 EUR gross annually per year. **
