About the Role** As the Inside Sales Team Leader at Uber Eats Spain, you will manage a team of 5-7 Inside Sales Representatives.
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to achieve strong sales results and excellent customer relationships.
You will play a key role in developing strategies and improving how the team operates.
This job offers a great chance to make a real impact and grow within the company.
## What You'll Do - Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals - Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements where needed.
## What You'll Need - At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in a sales environment.
- Solid skills in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Successful experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or service-based industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
