About the job: ✨ At Barcelona & Digital Campus, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and courses for both online and in-person learning environments. A key focus will be on the deployment and utilization of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are at the forefront of all design decisions.Key Responsibilities:🗝️Assist faculty and staff in using the LMS for adding learning content to courses and managing learners. Provide support to end users with LMS functional questions.Conduct LMS and related educational technology workshops and hands-on training sessions for faculty and administrative staff.Develop instructional materials for faculty, administrative staff, and student training related to the University LMS and other appropriate learning technologies.Write and communicate professional training materials in English.Motivate users to complete course requirements in Moodle Tutorials and facilitate community of learner best practices.Provide administrative support in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the business school LMS and educational technologies.Continuously develop knowledge in effective online instructional design strategies.Design, develop, and implement eLearning, social learning, and mobile learning environments.Apply advanced multimedia design and development skills, including graphic design, audio/video production, and/or gaming/simulation.Stay current with industry trends and related technologies.Maintain accurate archives of course documentation and departmental tracking documents, providing timely updates and reports for institutional assessment.About you:🕵️Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related subject. Native or Advanced (C1) level of English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience of working with LMS and eLearning platforms - preferably Moodle.
