INSURANCE AND RISK ANALYST

📢 We are seeking a skilled Insurance and Risk Analyst to join our dynamic finance team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy.In this role, you main responsibilities will be:✅ Maintain an inventory of existing insurance policies and prepare an insurancemap to ensure comprehensive coverage.✅ Collaborate with brokers to optimize insurance contracts and align them withcompany operations.✅ Analyze operational risks to determine required insurance policies and negotiate key coverage areas, including civil liability, property damage, W&I, and due diligence.✅ Ensure insurance coverage for plants, in-house risks, and secure all legally required liability insurances.✅ Manage insurance claims, incidents, and support the finance department with tasks related to financing, budgeting, cash management, and bank guarantees.💼 Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:🎓 A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.🗓️ Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in a broker insurance company.🛠️ Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency (B2-C1), Advanced Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal.💡 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Bonus points 🎯 if you have:Strong knowledge of insurance contracts, including civil liability, property damage, W&I, and insurance due diligence.Understanding of finance operations, such as financial agreements, cash flow statements, cash management, and budgeting.Why Join Us?At CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.
