Key Responsibilities.
• Collaborating on the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for insurance companies.
• Defining, analyzing, and designing operational models, identifying improvement opportunities, and establishing SLAs.
• Leading the implementation and management of Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) for core insurance transformation projects.
• Facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders, including various levels of management within Accenture and client organizations.
• Conducting analysis and developing strategies for master plans and quick wins.
• Utilizing agile methodologies for project management and adapting to changing business needs.
• Driving change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

• 3-6 years of experience in business transformation consulting, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of insurance domains such as Claims, Underwriting, and Finance.
• Familiarity with insurance products, including Life and Non-Life.
• Proficiency in new methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile.
• Experience in business capability realization, solution development, and roadmap creation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business cases and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset to tackle complex challenges effectively.
