Central Europe & BALTIC Integrated Therapeutic Area Head, HEMATOLOGY Location.
Position is virtual and open for all EMEA co untries Full time permanent contract Key accountabilities of the role.
Translates EMEA Brand strategies into CE&B Brand strategy implementation plan with special needs of markets in Central Europe and Baltic (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) Leads CE&B Hematology HUB team with Brand and Medical leads, securing strong CE&B knowledge base in Hematology especially in Mutiple Myeloma and CLL, MCL Drives CE&B future portfolio and launch readiness accross the region in the Hematology therapy areas Facilitates strategic cross functional and cross country collaboration projects for Marketing, Medical, HEMAR and GAPA, knowledge exchange with MSM, EMEA experts, internally and externally as well Drives – together with the Hematology HUB Team – asset localisation process to enable CE&B markets to use complex promotional (SF supporting aids and Multichannel) and Medical Education campaigns that enables the success of the brand and right usages of our drugs Ensures collaboration with EMEA IBVT/MSM network; closely collaborates with CE&B Countries Local TA teams, Commercial Execution Leaders; Country Directors Qualifications Leadership characteristics required for the role.

Leading by example, ensuring J&J Credo values, applicable J&J procedures and policies including but not limited to those related with Health Care Compliance, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, GCPs, Regulatory Regulations and local Legislation are secured; Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors; Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials; Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
Bachelor+ degree, Economist, Medical or Pharmacy, MBA is a plus 6+ years of working and leading teams in marketing or/and sales Proven success in launching and leading a brand in a specific market, excelence in marketing Leadership experience in multicultural environment, cross departmental and/or cross country teams and networks is a plus Fluent English, one of CE&B language is a plus, both spoken and written; Excellent presentation and business writing skills Challenger mindset, Result-oriented thinking; sense of urgency; proactive attitude Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to achieve goals in matrix organisation Open for innovations; strategic ability to develop innovative and impactful strategies and tactics Systematic and structured approach; strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to understand and interpret the market, customer and environment Lead by example; self motivated, open communication; strong and engaged people management skills; retain motivation and infuse spirit relevant to the credo based company culture; high level of integrity, ethical standards in business; conformity to the rules; For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
