INTEGRATION TEST ANALYST

As part of this team, you will ensure the successful integration of systems within a global rollout of a new HR solution.
Your focus will be on executing integration test plans, identifying and managing defects, and collaborating with stakeholders to guarantee the quality of the system integrations.
Key Responsibilities.
Conduct end-to-end testing of the Workday system and its inbound and outbound integrations with other systems.
Prepare, execute, and sign off on all integration test cases, working closely with system owners and third-party stakeholders.
Collaborate with a team of testers to ensure efficient testing and quality assurance deliverables.
Manage defect identification and resolution, ensuring timely and effective fixes.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to key stakeholders and ensure alignment with QA objectives.
Work under pressure, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Present testing metrics and activities to stakeholders and provide training and support to QA staff.
Your Skills and Experience.
Hands-on experience with integration testing in a global rollout of Workday HR systems.
Strong background in testing payroll integrations with third-party providers and working with point-to-point connectors and API/Middleware.
Experience with ServiceNow to Workday integrations and process testing.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Zephyr for test case management and defect tracking.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
At least 2 years of experience in an Integration Test Analyst role or similar.
