Our vision is ambitious, for that, we need driven talent! And this is where your ride starts YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a Health and Safety Intern who wants to join our People's team in our office in Barcelona, Spain.
If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place! THE JOURNEY Ensure execution of Health and Safety administrative tasks according to Spanish law such as.
Manage EPIs.
Follow up on medical checks.
Train and promote best practices to employees at all levels.
Support during investigation of occupational accidents and diseases.
Manage new hires' onboarding.
Health surveillance support.
Follow up on the activities to be carried out by the external H&S provider (risk assessments, medical checks, etc.).
Collaborate with other Team members to ensure compliance with H&S requirements in other countries or working centers.
Support in the preparation of risk assessments, different procedures and protocols.
Support in Internal Audits.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Studying or recently completed a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Técnico superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), including Safety, Hygiene and Ergonomic and Psychosociology according to Spanish Health & Safety regulations Available for a 6-month internship, working 40 hours/week.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Tech savvy, ability to learn to use new tools Organized, proactive and creative.
Hands-on profile/mindset.
Customer service oriented.
Great communication skills.
