DETAILS ? Host: A 5-Star Hotel by JA Resorts & Hotels ? Destination: Dubai, United Arab Emirates ? Department: Kitchen ? Program: Hospitality & Business Internship ? Duration: 12 months ? Intake: November - December 2024 KITCHEN - RESPONSIBILITIES ? Assist in food preparation and cooking, including chopping, marinating, and applying various techniques according to standard recipes. ? Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure proper food storage. ? Support chefs in plating, presentation, and kitchen station setup and breakdown. ? Engage in training and development to enhance cooking skills, while observing and learning from experienced chefs. ?
