Our mission is to create a more sustainable and efficient food system while helping businesses meet regulatory requirements and maximize their impact.By combining cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of the food industry, gambOOza® empowers organizations to turn challenges into opportunities, contributing to a greener, more resilient future.Role DescriptionMarketing Strategy and Content:Design, implement, and manage content for social media, blog, and email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.Propose and execute strategies for organic and paid growth (SEO/SEM, social media ads).Optimize web content and digital campaigns using tools such as SEMrush or Google Analytics.Sales Support and Lead Generation:Research markets and prospect new leads in the manufacturing, production, and organized restaurant sectors.Design engaging commercial presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.Collaborate in the creation of marketing materials and visual assets.Analysis and Optimization:Collect and analyze marketing and sales data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and opportunities.Design and execute growth experiments (growth hacking) based on key metrics.Evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements based on measurable results.Exploration and Implementation of Technological Tools:Utilize AI-based tools like ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, or DALL-E for automation and creative content generation.Experiment with advanced technologies like MidJourney or Runway ML to enhance the aesthetics and creativity of campaigns.Automate processes using Zapier or Make to optimize operational efficiency.General Support and Operational Management:Actively participate in daily and operational tasks related to the business.Use project management platforms like Notion, Asana, or Trello to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.Technical and Technological RequirementsMarketing and Analytics Tools:Practical knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot for automating and tracking campaigns.Design and Content Tools:Experience with Canva for quick and basic design; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.Skills in basic video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.AI-Related Technologies:Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, or DALL-E for content generation.Ability to explore advanced applications like MidJourney or Runway ML for creative projects.Project Management and Data Analysis:Basic use of Notion, Asana, or Trello for project management.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.SEO and Web Data Analysis:Basic experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console for SEO and traffic analysis.Other Valued Knowledge:Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools like Zapier or Make.Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS for web page optimization (not mandatory).Conditions7 hours per dayFor at least six months, posibility to join the team after internshipFor students: no remuneration, to be reviewed after first 2 monthsFlexible schedule (preferible in the morning)Hybrid, at least one day per week at the office
