Soporte a responsable de línea de producción para preparación de plan de fabricación.
Seguimiento a la ejecución del plan de producción.
Cierre y mantenimiento de las ordenes de fabricación.
Seguimiento de partes de producción.
Ingreso de información en ERP de las órdenes de producción.
Análisis de datos de la fabricación.
Apoyo en el seguimiento de productos faltantes dentro de una orden de fabricación.
Revisión y comparación de tiempos estándar versus reales en órdenes de producción.
Desarrollo en estación o centro ideal de trabajo.
Análisis para determinar razón de stocks negativos.
Análisis del proceso de impresión de ferrules.
Análisis y optimización del proceso de almacenamiento de componentes de cabinas de montaje en área de montaje.
Análisis de problemas de calidad y búsqueda de soluciones con equipo de lean manufacturing para mejoras del proceso de fabricación.
