Now, we’re seeking an INTERNAL AUDITOR for the Iberia & Africa Region based in Madrid (Spain).As Internal Auditor, your responsibilities will include:Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley assessment & review ensuring quality audit work within defined time frames.Participate in internal audit assignments in the OTIS branches or subsidiariesIdentify internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in coordination with operations (Manufacturing, Distribution, Service) and support functions.Contributing to the month-end review processIdentify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures.Assists in documenting the company’s process flows, policies, and controlsSupport Internal Controls department to ensure business compliance with corporate policies and any ad hoc activities/reporting within the areaIdentify internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in coordination with Internal Controls.Collaborate with the Regional Iberia & Africa audits and controlsTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor in Business Administration/EconomicsExperience in Big4 as Senior auditor. Preferable experience in SOX audits.Strong command of English.Ability to work effectively across all levels and functions within the business.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups towards operational efficiencies.Fast learning and adaptation skills.Strong oral and written communication skills and proven presentation skills.Proactive and results/metrics driven.If you live in a city, it's likely that we'll provide you with an elevator or take care of maintaining it to keep you moving every day.Otis is the global industry leader in manufacturing, installing, and maintaining elevators and escalators.
