Back Office Sales Assistant BD sales departmentHikvision is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. Hikvision is searching for a Back Office Sales Assistant for a contract in practice full time for 1 year. *Please candidates who graduated more than 3 years ago, they would not meet the contract requirements. It’s essential to ensure that applicants align with the specified criteria.*Location: Madrid, Tres Cantos.The person in charge of Inside Sales tasks will be responsible for supporting the sales team through CRM updates, creating commercial offers, and monitoring the status of customer accounts. This position is ideal for recent graduates who wish to gain experience in a dynamic business environment and learn about customer management and sales processes. Basic knowledge not necessary previous experience in the market. Position requirement:University degree: The candidate must hold a university degree, vocational training certificate (medium or higher level; FP), or a professional certificate. Degree obtained abroad are also valid if they have been homologated in Spain.The degree must have been obtained within the last 3 years before the start date of the contract. (*5 years for a disabled person).Previous experience in back office will be a plus.Passionate with innovation and IT skills Strong communication skills in Spanish and English both oral and written. Ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.Management of back office orders. Support in the preparation and sending of commercial proposals and quotes for clients. Help in identifying business opportunities through the analysis of information available in the CRM.Facilitate the tracking of opportunities and support in managing the sales pipeline. Ensure that the offers meet the client’s requirements and comply with the company’s standards.Registration of commercial proposals in CRM and follow-up. Learn to update and maintain information in the CRM system with data on customers, opportunities, and business activities.Ensure that key customer information is always up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.Collaborate in generating sales reports and data analysis to support decision-makingSales reporting. Support in managing the status of customer accounts, providing information on orders, outstanding payments, and any issues.Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper communication with clients.Data analysis from CRM.
