INTERNATIONAL B2B DISTRIBUTOR SALES REP (AESTHETICS)

Job Responsibility:As a International Distributor Sales Representative (Aesthetic sales) at Suisselle, you drive business-to-business (B2B) sales of our product. You play a crucial role in developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Meets and exceeds established quarterly and annual sales goals;Research, identify, and qualify new business leads using a variety of channels including online directories, social media, trade shows, and webinars;Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients;Identify sales opportunities in existing accounts and builds long-term relationships with qualified prospective customers;Prioritize and manage accounts within assigned territory by assessing appropriate business opportunities;Systematically analyze the success of plans (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose mitigating actions as needed;Track and manage client information and communication using our CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate;Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to support sales efforts;Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;Participate in International Congresses and to the main local events with the distributors (congresses, launch events, etc.).Requirements:3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, account management;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships;Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, Hubspot experience preferred; Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and a willingness to take initiative;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;2+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales;Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth;Hubspot experience preferred;English, Spanish - fluent, other languages would be a great asset.This position requires occasional international travelling.
