About Us:TSL012 is headquartered in Barcelona with a branch office in Seoul. We are a dynamic and fast-growing company managing several in-house Korean beauty brands. Our mission is to expand our brand presence globally and deliver high-quality beauty products to our customers.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer to join our team. This role is based in Barcelona and involves ocasional travel to Korea. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for sales, marketing, products development and operations to support the global expansion of our brands.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to drive brand expansion and market penetration.Oversee and coordinate all operations necessary for TSL012.Create and execute sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.Assist the management team in coordinating operations between the Barcelona head office and the Seoul branch.Manage budget tracking and ensure financial goals are met.Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall businessConduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Manage and mentor team members to ensure successful project execution.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cosmetics industry.Strong understanding of importation and exportation processes in the cosmetics sector.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong sales and marketing acumen.Experience in product development and budget management.Outstanding market analysis and research skills.Excellent team management and leadership abilities.Superior communication and coordination skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Personal Attributes:Highly organized and detail-oriented.Proactive and self-motivated.Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.If you identify with our vision of turning skincare into an art, we want to hear from you!
