INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (ITALIAN SPEAKER)

The purpose of the position:➡️ To provide all administrative and operational support for leasing operations on a global scale.📍 This position is based in our brand-new office in beautiful Barcelona, Eixample. Your responsibilities will be:Processing in ERP the lease operations such as Contracts, Certificates of Acceptance, Calculations, Invoice Preparation, Lease Completion Management, etc. effectively, and according to internally defined processesAdministration and adherence to customer and region-specific procedures within internally agreed service levelsComply with company standards and local regulations at each stage of the processVerify the integrity and profitability of lease operationsConsult and support the different areas related to operations on clarificationsProactive engagement and coordination with customer-focused roles including, but not limited to, Key Account Managers and Customer Experience SpecialistsMonitoring and control of information in internal systemsRequirements for your success:1-2 years minimum experience in similar functionsEducation related to Finance, Administration or AccountingEffective use of Excel and MS-OfficeFluent level of Italian and EnglishEffective handling of operating systems such as CRM and digital affinityRequired skills:Attention to detailEffective communication, mainly writtenAutonomy, structure and teamworkMulticultural thinking skillsInformation analysisAbility to work in different tasks and projects at once, meeting internal deadlines/SLAsShape the future with us!Embark on an exhilarating journey with CHG-MERIDIAN, contributing to our technology2use.
