Be in charge of all administrative processes related to personnel management, dealing with all types of situations arising from the employment relationship with the worker, all in compliance with current labor legislation, collective agreements, individual agreements and internal policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, HR or similar.
3-4 years of experience in a similar position/role.
