En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa, donde tenemos oficinas en puntos estratégicos como Barcelona, Madrid, París, Milán, Ámsterdam, Lisboa y Munich.
Como International Recruiter serás el responsable de atraer, identificar y seleccionar al mejor talento para el canal retail de nuestro cliente. Tus principales funciones serán:
Reclutamiento y Selección: Publicar ofertas de empleo en diferentes plataformas, realizar cribas curriculares, llevar a cabo entrevistas y seleccionar a los candidatos más adecuados.
Estrategias de Reclutamiento: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento innovadoras y efectivas para atraer talento de alta calidad en el sector retail.
Colaboración Interna: Trabajar estrechamente con los gerentes de tienda y otros departamentos para entender sus necesidades de personal y asegurar un alineamiento adecuado.
Base de Datos de Candidatos: Mantener y gestionar una base de datos de candidatos potenciales para futuras vacantes.
Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que todos los procesos de reclutamiento cumplan con las leyes y regulaciones laborales vigentes.
