Descripción Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Crear y mantener relaciones comerciales con socios internacionales en la industria pesquera a gran escala.
Analizar y comprender las tendencias del mercado para maximizar las oportunidades de ventas.
Liderar y gestionar un equipo de ventas para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
Reportar regularmente sobre los resultados de ventas y las proyecciones de mercado.
Cumplir con los estándares de servicio al cliente de la empresa.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones de ventas.
Participar en eventos de la industria para promover la empresa y sus servicios.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Título universitario en Negocios, Marketing, Turismo o campo relacionado.
Experiencia demostrada en un puesto de ventas o desarrollo de negocios en la industria pesquera a gran escala.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo.
Habilidad para desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas y rentables.
Habilidad para analizar tendencias de mercado y maximizar oportunidades de ventas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.
Disponibilidad para viajar del 50% a nivel mundial.
Nivel de Ruso C1 e Inglés C1 o superior.
Se valorarán otros idiomas.
