Responsibilities As a commercial and marketing assistant, you will be responsible for customer service and communication.
Your role will involve.
Act as a brand ambassador and provide customers with the best possible experience.
Proactively respond to customer inquiries.
Manually update orders in the Shopify back office as needed (updates, cancellations, etc.).
Escalate complaints and complex cases when necessary.
Increase and enhance our brand’s presence on social media.
Contribute to a social media content strategy aligned with the brand’s guidelines and objectives.
Develop strategies for user-generated content.
Foster community engagement on social media.
Conduct benchmarking.
andidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer and community management with.
ative French speaker, C1 level in English and Spanish is a great advantage.
