This position will play a crucial role in supporting our IT department and Strategy department with providing user support, managing hardware, troubleshooting, maintaining systems, dashboard creation and data analyses. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT & data support within a professional setting.More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide first-level support to users for hardware and software-related issues.Assist with troubleshooting computer and network problems.Help manage user credentials for onboarding and offboarding employees.Hardware Management:Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware equipment, tracking issuance, returns, and transfers.Support the setup, installation, and configuration of computers, printers, and other office devices.Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.User Support and Onboarding/Offboarding:Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, workstations, and access to systems.Ensure a smooth offboarding process by deactivating user accounts and preparing hardware for future use.Data Security:Ensure secure handling of data during employee onboarding and offboarding.Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with security protocols across all systems.Digital ProductBe a support to the Digital Product team by auditing company's main digital tools including but not limited to Google Drive; CMS; PMS; CRM. Spot optimisation opportunities; keep information update; and continuously strive for higher completion date. Gather data from various sources, ensure its accuracy and completeness, and perform data cleaning processes to remove inconsistencies and errors.Assist in creating reports, dashboard and visualizations using different tools and collaborate with the team to interpret data and generate insights that support business decision-making.Who you are:Our internship program is a great opportunity to kickstart your career if you are highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the luxury real estate industry. You are hands-on and thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.Job Skills & Qualifications:RequiredCurrently in your last year in a college or university program, or recently graduated from a degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (e.g., connectivity problems, software glitches, user access).Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and escalate when necessary.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.English fluency is required.Previous experience as Help Desk is well rewarded.We care about you!VDB benefits allow you and the team to feel appreciated and empowered.
