We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for an IT Business Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Complete the analysis of business requirements working closely with SMEs and complete an aligned functional requirement covering tooling, platforms, data models, propensity models, analytical models and business and personal insightsEnsure functional designs align to business outcomes and benefits cases. Ensure designs prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned. Proactively suggest areas for further analysis. The designs should improvements to data processes, focusing on their value to business strategy and operations 💡 What UST expects from you?Good experience in Banking Domain+4 years of experienceAct as bridge between business users and technical teamTake the functional requirement from business and translate same in technical form for developersGood knowledge of SQL.Pragmatic and results-orientedAdaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilitiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsProductive and able to manage time effectivelyGood english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teamsValuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).📍 Work location100% remote within Spain.⏰ Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
