Main PurposeWe are seeking a meticulous and results-driven IT Business Analyst for a long-term mission with one of our clients, a prestigious International Sports Federation. You will join the Digital Legal team, responsible for developing, standardizing, and optimizing digital solutions that support legal operations, compliance, governance activities, and learning management systems (LMS).Your role will involve ensuring the proper specification of software products managed by the Digital Legal team (including case management, compliance tracking, document workflow systems, and Moodle-based LMS platforms) and contributing to the evolution and maturity of the business analysis discipline within the federation's Digital Legal team.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements, objectives, and goals.Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet specified criteria.Assist in the implementation and adoption of new systems or processes, including delivering training sessions.Manage various stakeholders, ranging from business users to IT teams, adapting your communication style to each audience.Review functional specifications and translate them into actionable user stories.Support the integration and customization of Moodle-based LMS platforms, ensuring alignment with legal operations and compliance requirements.Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Maintain up-to-date status of activities in Jira and Confluence.Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in estimating implementation efforts.Contribute to and enforce best practices and business analysis guidelines within the Digital Legal team.Foster a customer-centric mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.Develop a project management mindset for the designed solutions, evolving into a hybrid role as needed.RequirementsExperience3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferably in legal, sports, or other regulated sectors) within a software engineering organization.Familiarity with integration projects for legal tech solutions, compliance platforms, or LMS tools such as Moodle.Technical KnowledgeStrong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.Experience in configuring and integrating Moodle platforms, including plug-ins and reporting tools.Acquaintance with technology concepts such as APIs, event-driven architectures, and data privacy frameworks.MethodologiesProficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Soft SkillsStrong communication skills and high attention to detail.Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams.CertificationsBusiness Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.Any Moodle related certification is great added value.Language ProficiencyFluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus.Other RequirementsWillingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland.Residency and valid work permit in Spain.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Five weeks of vacation annually.Private health insurance covered by the company.Monthly communication allowance.Opportunity to work in an international environment with highly skilled professionals.Access to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.Continuous training and professional development opportunities.LocationFully remote position based in Spain.Interested?Send your resume and a motivation letter to jobs[at]digiswit.com or reply to this offer.
