IT DELIVERY LEAD

Corus is looking for an IT Delivery Lead to join a dynamic team and participate in international projects.The person will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Location: Remote from SpainMain responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of an IT ecosystem supporting customer-facing apps in multiple countries.Work with project managers and product owners in countries to ensure IT ecosystem is developed in line with their requirements and priorities.Ensure delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsWork closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understoodDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelinesManage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure that appropriate mitigation strategies are in placeManage cross-functional project resources, including internal and external teams, and ensure that they are working effectively and efficientlyProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress against milestones, risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-dateDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, project sponsors, and vendorsContinuously improve project delivery processes and methodologiesKey skills required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership roleStrong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource managementExperience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPMP or Agile certification is a plusWhat do we offer?Permanent contract.Competitive salary and flexible remuneration.Professional development opportunities.At CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
