Descripción KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the company's technology and digital transformation.
Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve the technology strategy and roadmap.
Assess and implement new technologies to meet business needs.
Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasts and major investment plans.
Drive priority tech projects and integrate digital systems into operations.
Ensure IT solutions are cost-effective, aligned with business goals, and delivered on time.
Foster data-driven decision-making by leveraging company data.
Align digital initiatives with strategic planning and resource allocation.
Establish IT governance, standards, and tools to support business growth.
Build a proactive, customer-focused culture within the IT team.
Encourage innovation, adaptability, and smart risk-taking.
Develop IT talent and create a high-performing team to drive transformation.
Assess existing talent within the IT organization and develop a team that is capable of driving new technology and delivering value to The Company.
Implement and maintain robust IT security policies to protect assets and ensure compliance.
DESIRED OUTCOMES Quickly acclimate to the culture of The Company and align with the business strategy and develop strong business relationships across the organization, collaborating with managers and earning their trust.
Effectively complete the ongoing ERP and CRM implementation, while creating the medium-term tech roadmap.
Deliver effective, quality IT services and projects to improve productivity, reduce overall costs, maximize return on assets and drive revenue growth-all with the goal of enhancing the speed and quality of business decisions and improving the efficiency of the manufacturing processes.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? IDEAL EXPERIENCE IT Director experience in a fast-paced environment.
IT Director experience or a strong number two with equivalent leadership depth/breadth, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Technical skillset.
Strong technical background with advanced knowledge of applications and tools in support of an industrial company.
Experience with IFS is a nice to have.
Sector experience.
Sector experience in an industrial business.
M&A experience.
Understanding of how to set up an effective IT architecture in a company that has grown through M&A a is a nice to have Experience in project management, including ERP implementation or optimization.
Strong project management skills, including experience leveraging cloud or SaaS solutions within the technology ecosystem.
Team leadership.
Assessing and building a lean IT team, in conjunction with vendors and partners.
Experience with data and analytics or related digital technologies.
Specifically driving digitization to create business impact.
Bachelor of science degree in computer science or business administration.
An advanced degree is desirable, but not required.
