IT FUNCTIONAL ANALYST CONSULTANT

We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst specializing in Commercial and Financial processes to join one of the companies leader in the Food & Bevarage Sector. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping to implement, optimize, and support commercial and financial software solutions. Your focus will be on translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting system configurations, and driving improvements in areas such as sales, pricing, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.As an expert in both commercial and financial systems, you will work on end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to system implementation and post-go-live support.Key Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders from commercial, finance, and IT departments to collect, analyze, and document business requirements and system needs.Map current commercial and financial processes (e.g., pricing, invoicing, AR/AP, sales, financial reporting) and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.Convert business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and technical design documentation. Ensure the solution design supports scalability, compliance, and business efficiency.Lead or support the configuration and customization of commercial and financial software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or financial management tools). Ensure proper alignment with business needs.Develop test strategies, write test cases, and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and data integrity.Provide comprehensive training and ongoing technical support for end-users, ensuring they are proficient with the commercial and financial systems.Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from commercial and financial data. Support the creation of dashboards and financial reports for decision-making.Serve as the point of contact between finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination for systems implementation and optimization.Maintain up-to-date functional documentation, including business requirements, system configurations, process flows, and training materials.Ensure that all financial systems are compliant with regulatory standards and financial controls, including audits and SOX requirements if applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst with a focus on financial and commercial systems.Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and financial management software.Experience working on system implementations and enhancements in both finance and sales/commercial domains.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of financial processes (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting).Understanding of commercial processes (e.g., pricing, sales, order-to-cash, customer management).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., API, ETL processes) is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.English Level: C1Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses or incentives.Flexible work environment,Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
