What You Will Do
Reception, qualification, and prioritization of incidents, questions, and service requests
Handling disruptions in Onsite Support (including user contact)
Advising users on questions about our DWS platform
Support in the staging process
What You Bring
Completed training in the IT field
Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Ability to work reliably, self-organized, and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with high customer and service orientation
Willingness to work outside of normal working hours and on bank holidays (this is economically compensated)
In addition to Spanish, good knowledge of English. Some German knowdledge will be highly valued
