This is your opportunity!We are looking for a Prodcut Owner to join our team!Within the New IT HUB Sales - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need a Product Owner.Our OTR (One Touch Retail) platform, provides the seller with a first-class tool for searching, configuring, pricing, quoting, ordering, modifying, and handing over to the customer of cars and vans. It offers a simple front-end that bundles more than 40 back-end systems and supports the sales process with reliability, accuracy, and speed. The product is set as a blueprint system in the Model D for all European markets and will be rolled out in the next few years.Your tasks as a Product Owner for OTR include:You will take end-to-end responsibility for new system developments, system optimizations and system market launches, from the analysis of user requirements or market ideas to the demand description to qualitative implementation and go-live, including the necessary functions and assigning the necessary tasks to the development team.You will take over the content and technical control and coordination from an external team of developers.You will work with the teams in an agile manner and lead appointments such as backlog refinement, retrospective, sprint review and monthly show cases.Collaborate closely with cross-functional roles in an agile team, and IT teams to support product development, ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions.Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives.Feedback from users will be taken up by you and analysed as part of user research. These will be prioritized and implemented in the further development of the product.Your focus will be on all developments related to the ordering process. This includes the detailing of processes for handover or order amendment, as well as the connection of various interfaces.You will coordinate new processes, documents, and requirements for the system with our colleagues in the European Model D process and accompany them from the idea to the go-liveAs part of the further rollouts, you will be available to the project teams of the federal states for questions about Product.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a STEM related field.Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are advantageous.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, and IT.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe or Kanban, and experience with program-level management.Strong sense of accountability and end-to-end ownershipA self-sufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills in order to reflect the priorities of product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent.Motivate and inspire a cross-functional team in incremental and validated growth also in remote and offshoring setups.Leading the development effort by conveying the vision to the team, creating and prioritizing work in the Product Backlog based on business value and user needs.Leading a product team towards a sustainable life cycle management including functional, operational and non-functional aspects of a product (ie. resilience, security, scalability, etc.) via DevOps best practicesCollaborating with stakeholders (Process Manager, other product owners, Management) ensuring their interests are included in the product.Collaborating with the team to ensure the product is of quality and solves user and business problems according to time and budget constraints.Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development.Demonstrated ability to facilitate the exchange of products between blueprint applications.Interest in technological trends as well as the enthusiasm to apply them to current and future business processes.Experience with Amazon Web Sevices such as Amazon EKS, RDS and ElastiCache.We offer you the opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment, taking part in new projects.Within our benefits as employee, we provide:Competitive salary + variable compensationMobile workFlexible entering hours30 working days of holidaysAnnual Training PlanMercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount)
