IT PROJECT SPECIALIST

📢 We are looking for an IT Project Specialist to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!Functions & Responsibilities:Active Directory Management: Identity management and governance capabilities across your entire enterprise, regardless of whether the resources are on-premises applications, Azure-based applications (including Office 365 and SaaS applications) or cloud/SaaS resources.IT Asset Management: Ensure organization's assets are well accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed upon company requirement and necessity.Vendor and Contract Management: Managing vendor contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance of the organization, all while reducing financial risk. Office Infrastructure Management: Manage the security and scalability of IT systems. New Hardware/Software Project Management: Complete procedure of Hardware/Software development from requirement gathering to testing and maintenance, carried out according to the execution methodologies, in a specified period of time. Trainings: Provide regular trainings to Employees regarding new software. Printing Services Management: Manage printing systems, and prevent printer downtime by monitoring the status of printers and copiers and examining error logs. Electronic Certificates Management: Certification management of the organization monitoring and managing the life cycle of all certificates deployed in a network. IT Service Platform Management: Outsourcing Contract Assistance.Supporting Responsibilities: (1) Procurement Assistance. (2) Local (Spanish & English) IT Support. (3) Support in CTGE communications and IT & OT networks. (4) Support in the CTGE Cybersecurity Management. Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, or any related fields; or any equivalent work experience. From 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Project Specialist. Intermediate English level (B2).Native Spanish level (C2).Additional requirements (desired):Master’s degree in programming, computing, or any other related field.At least 3 years of experience in a IT, Digital or any related department. Experience and knowledge on: Microsoft Azure essentials, Intune. Management of Microsoft Active Directory, Hybrid AD, user and permissions management, group policies, DNS, etc. Manage more than 50 computer terminals (desktop, laptop, etc.) Good at Microsoft Office 365 management. Knowledge of video conferencing systems (Teams, Yealink, Zoom, etc.) IT Project Management. End user Hardware & Software support knowledge. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting . Basic cybersecurity knowledge and troubleshooting. Knowledge of GDPR and best practices. Chinese (HSK 6 level).👉 Please apply with an English CV!
