What will make you succeed in this position? • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance or Project Management within IT transformation projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles and IT process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
German language skills are beneficial.
• Professional certifications in Project Management or Quality Management are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Your mission in the role will be.
• Lead quality assurance reviews for complex IT transformation programs, focusing on budget adherence and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Evolve and maintain a robust IT Quality Assurance framework tailored to IT transformation projects.
• Conduct thorough peer reviews and quality assessments of ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with IT project managers to identify potential quality and budgetary risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT service quality and process efficiency.
