As an IT Recruiter on our team, you will.
- Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing) - Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / Supervisor - When necessary, prepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customers - Inform candidates about the results of interviews - When necessary, prepare a formal written proposal for the position - Collect documents from new employees and give them the company rules, company policies and safety information before the starting date of the employee - Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the date of commencement of the new employee - Enter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form in the company for Human Resource Management Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Are proficient or bilingual in Swedish or Norwegian and advanced in English - Have 2+ years of experience interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles - Possess e xperience managing hiring processes via ATS - Are a self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently - Are a team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills - Have high level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Don't meet every requirement?
