Made Possible.Join Our Team as an EMEA IT SAP MM/SD Business System Senior Analyst!Are you an experienced SAP professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and global environment? We're seeking a talented SAP MM/SD Business System Senior Analyst to join our team and help us manage and optimize our SAP MM and SD modules. If you have a deep understanding of business processes, system configuration, and integration, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Analyze and Document: Gather and document business requirements for the SD and MM modules.Configure and Customize: Tailor SAP SD and MM modules to meet our business needs.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.Support and Troubleshoot: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SD and MM-related issues.Test and Validate: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.Train and Educate: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.Monitor and Improve: Keep an eye on system performance and implement improvements as needed.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Project Delivery: Complete projects on budget, on time, and with added value.User Satisfaction: Achieve high ratings from users after training.Training Effectiveness: Ensure end users pass training tests.Problem-Solving: Effectively escalate and resolve blocking points.What We're Looking For:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP SD and 2 years in SAP MM modules.Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution and Materials Management processes.Technical Skills: Proven experience in system configuration and customization.Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory.Desirable Qualifications:Advanced Studies: Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Scientific disciplines.Language Skills: Proficiency in other European languages (French, Spanish, German) is a plus.Certifications: SAP certification in SAP SD and MM modules is a plus.Technical Knowledge: General understanding of ABAP and debugging skills.Software Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.Key Competencies:Team Player: Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.Dynamic and Results-Driven: Energetic and focused on achieving results.Analytical and Synthetic: Able to formalize solutions and possess good writing skills.Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.Autonomous and Rigorous: Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.Quality and Safety Conscious: Prioritize quality and safety in all tasks.Our Core Values:Integrity: Honesty, leading by example, keeping promises, meeting commitments.Respect: Valuing the unique skills and abilities of others, listening to other opinions.Accountability: Acting with initiative, doing the job to the best of our ability, continuously improving.Relationships: Combining our strengths, considering the needs of others.Teamwork: Working together to achieve goals, involving others.Physical Demands:Travel: Regular travel to all EMEA locations is required, up to 60% during the rollout/cutover period.
