IT SCRUM MASTER (SAFE)

Would you like to work in a leading company?Would you like to join an international atmosphere and being involved in projects across Europe and with impact worldwide having the opportunity to consolidate your career?As an IT Scrum Master, to work in the management of several software development projects, tasks included:Serve as a Scrum Master (proven experience as IT Scrum Master with at least 2 years of professional experience)Support the Scrum Master Coordinator during standard ceremonies (SAFe).Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines.Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and to define resolution paths where required.Resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues.Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development.Responsible for building team collaboration, commitment towards achieving sprint objectives and viewing team needs above everything else.Continuously work to improve team performance and productivity.Encourage team accountability, self-organization, and empowerment.Facilitate Retrospectives which generate new ideas for process improvement.Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes.General skills:Proficiency with presentation skills as well as excellent written and oral communications skillsMust be result oriented, goal oriented, and customer service orientated.Must rapidly build trust and credibility with supplier and customer.Must be a quick study and self-starter, able to roll up sleeves and manage hands-on in a team environment.Technical knowledge:Scrum master certified (SAFe desirable)Experience as scrum master in software development projects.Knowledge and experience in agile service management in order to manage sprints and releases as well as coordinating overall rollouts.Must be able to build, motivate, coach and lead a team while holding them accountable to measurable performance standards.Must be able to ensure the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.Must be able to foster teamwork and independently plan, organize, and facilitate both team and cross-departmental group activities.EducationMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical or business related field.Languages: English fluently is mandatory.Working knowledge of German is a plus.
