Capable of delivering a full Project from scratch, based on international subsidiaries business models.
Responsible for planning, ordering and maintaining the stock levels of the company.
Through great attention to detail and organizational skills you will liaise with relevant departments to ensure they have the required stock in a timely manner.
Daily summary of identifying stock usage trends, highlighting changes, and issue stock to the operation accordingly.
Maintaining a track of all orders placed with expected delivery dates.
Analyzing market data to assist in planning any increase/decrease in stock requirements.
Communicating daily with the supply chain team.
You will be someone with great communication skills and works well in a international team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners a great service.
Ensuring the area of operation is a safe place to work and be a role model in adhering to all policies.
Requirements.
An advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Previous education in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
Able to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
You will be someone with great communication skills, written and verbal English, and works well in a team.
Energy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations and have a problem-solving mentality.
Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential.
Studies.
ADE, CC ECONÓMICAS o EMPRESARIALES.
Location.
Zona Maresme (Barcelona).
Work.
Hybrid (at the beginning will be necessary to be present in the office, during 2-3 months).
Experience.
2-3 years in same role and printing services.
Languages.
English (advance), Italian (valuable).
