Thanks to its expert knowledge, it provides professional support and accompaniment in different areas (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate & Workplace, Marketing, Procurement, Security & Privacy, among others) to advise the business on decision-making.#Trusted Advisor & First ChoiceBusiness Security is the area within EMEAL Corporate Security who supports, controls, and advises business areas in security matters, ensuring the implementation of the security baseline in projects, services, products, and assets that NTT DATA provides to customers.From Business Security area we are looking for a security technical leader to oversee and reinforce the implementation of the security baseline across the NTT DATA EMEAL business assets. As part of your daily activities, you will propose improvement actions and issue recommendations, collaborating in the development of new requirements, procedures, and guidelines to strengthen security in business areas, as well as tools to standardise and optimise the security processes.You will join the EMEAL Business Security team, working with autonomy in a collaborative environment, made up of experts in the different security-related areas: Local CISOs, Security Governance, Security Operations, etc.FUNCTIONSDefine the security requirements to implement in our technological portfolio.Work closely with applications and infrastructure teams to enable secure cloud-based technologies.Deliver and maintain the security by design and default principles within business assets.Challenge and evolve technical architecture design to address evolving cyber threats and align with cybersecurity market trends.Ensure all security controls and processes are consistent and aligned with the risk tolerance.Advise, support, and monitor the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and international technical standards.Work collaboratively to manage and mitigate cyber risks, ensuring timely action.Manage and escalate security issues and/or concerns.Collaborate in the different initiatives where EMEAL Business Security takes part.Report the information security situation to stakeholders.Experience: More than 5 years of professional experience working within Information Security and the responsibilities described above.Technical Skills:Demonstrable working experience as a security technical lead supporting all the application lifecycle since its conceptualization to the delivery.Real world expertise of the core security domains including infrastructure, cloud, identity, data, cryptography, application, operations, and engineering.Hands-on knowledge of mainstream cloud provider offerings and securing their environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).Securing communications and hardening of applications and servers.Security flaws in programming languages: Java, HTML5, PHP, Python, SQL, etc.Systems architecture: Databases, virtualisation, API platforms, etc.Functional Skills:Good interpersonal skills, including ability to lead, encourage and influence staff across the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with technical teams and managers.Goal oriented, team player, flexible and proactive.Fast learner, with good analytical capacity and the ability to face new technological challenges.Valuable security certifications and education:Computer Engineer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Master’s degree in security.Cloud Security Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).Certified Systems Security Professional (CISSP).Certified Information Security Management (CISM).Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer.ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.Other information security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27017, ENS, TISAX, etc.).Languages:English professional working proficiency (B2 or higher).Fluent professional proficiency in Spanish (C1 or higher) will be valued.Professional working proficiency (B2 or higher) in other local NTT DATA EMEAL languages will be valued.At NTT Data, we believe everyone is unique and different, this is why we bet for an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity.
