UX Interaction Designer with a deep understanding of interaction design and passion for innovative solutions?  We are looking for a professional to join our Global UX and Innovation Team ! Our purpose is to deliver a cohesive set of services to drive innovation and improve user experience.
We strive to adopt efficient ways of working and to pursue the ultimate user experience for our workforce around the world.
As part of the User Experience & Innovation team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, and prototyping new user experiences to make the Nestlé digital workplace more efficient and satisfying.
The different deliverables include design mockups, prototyping, production of visual assets, process design, and usability reports to properly guide design implementation.
You will collaborate with interaction designers, UX Researchers, HR, Software Engineers, and project managers, while also being a contributor and an originator in their own right.
Our customers describe this role as UX Expert, which requires being responsible and accountable for different product teams, supporting and guiding their product design life cycles.
The person in this role will need to provide continuous alignment and explanation of design choices to our customers.
Additionally, partners and customers have different levels of UX maturity, necessitating adjustments in communication protocols and assisting them through a mindset transformation.
The individual will also be responsible for explaining and evangelizing the importance of UX, how it should be included in the workflow, and actively participating as a team member in various teams or pods.

Contribute to the development of long-term product vision and design strategy, aligning with business goals.
Oversee the evolution and implementation of the design system, ensuring consistency, feasibility and scalability across products.
Tackle complex design challenges, leveraging advanced UX research methodologies and design thinking principles.
Leverage out-of-the-box libraries and frameworks to streamline development, maintaining design consistency.
Employ quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
Creates production-ready UI that represents the approved design and collaborates with developers to build a good experience.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to drive successful product development.
Lead design reviews and present design concepts to executive stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
Foster strong relationships with development teams, facilitating efficient collaboration and ensuring high-quality implementation.

Minimum qualifications.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or User Experience Design (UX/UI).
+ 7 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), service design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customers.
