Created in December 2021, after 4 years of delivering the specialized recruitment service with great success under Boost IT name.
During these 4 years we carried out more than 400 specialized recruitment processes for 20 different clients, both in Portugal and Internationally.
The success of the direct recruitment business area within Boost IT was so successful that we decided, in 2021, to create BYT.
Tasks
- Troubleshooting and incident solver, operating on all applications and hardware components within the office IT;
- The tasks to be carried out are: Collaboration in projects with the affected departments and their coordination, offering technical support. IT infrastructure involves dealing and solving problems of internal clients, printers, scanner network, SAP ERP;
- In addition to monitoring the system environment, data management of new systems, configuration of hardware elements and continuous improvement. Proactive and collaborative attitude with production IT and act as a connection between the local IT site and the global IT department from end to end;
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in general technical support and MS Windows Server support preferred in the manufacturing environment;
- Experience with Windows and iOS Mobile operating systems;
- Pack MS Office minimum 2 years;
- Experience with SAP issues management;
- Knowledge of networks and VOIP;
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Service-now;
