Descripción del empleo The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering timely technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, managing IT equipment installation and maintenance, and maintaining an updated inventory for effective equipment lifecycle management.
Service Operations Technical Assistance.
Incident Resolution.
User Guidance.
Equipment Installation & Maintenance Inventory Management.
Incident Documentation Project Support.
Support IT Operation Projects tasks when requested based on Project plan or agreed timelines Collaboration.
Collaborate closely with IT teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Supplier Management.
Support activities with IT suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
Security Compliance.
Support compliance tasks with security policies, procedures, and industry standards to safeguard IT infrastructure from threats Requisitos Previous experience 1 year in a similar position Strong knowledge in Windows, Mac and Android environments VIP user assistance Knowledge of hardware and facilities Infrastructure Education level / certificates Bac+2 in IT Languages Fluent in the country language, good in english.
Computer skills and software used ServiceNow, Google Suite, Chrome OS devices (chromebox / chromebooks), Microsoft tools and environment, smartphones-tablets under Android / IOS.
